3. Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing before shipping. If there are any delays in processing or fulfillment, we will notify you via email.
4. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on the shipping method and the destination. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
- Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery times vary from 3 to 7 business days, depending on the shipping method and destination.
- International Shipping: Delivery times for international orders may vary from 7 to 21 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.

5. Order Tracking

6. Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we ship to the United States and internationally. Some locations may have shipping restrictions, including specific countries or regions. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you and offer alternative solutions or issue a refund.
- International Orders: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be charged upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are not included in the price of your order at checkout.
7. Delivery Address
Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete. Megahatoo is not responsible for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate the change before the order is shipped.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
While we take great care in packaging and shipping your order, Megahatoo is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items once the package is in the hands of the carrier. If you experience issues with delivery or your order is damaged, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided. For damaged items, you may also contact us at info@megahatoo.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
9. Signature Requirements
For high-value or fragile items, we may require a signature upon delivery to ensure the safe receipt of your order. If this is the case, we will inform you during the checkout process.
10. Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to track and receive the order. If an order is returned to us due to failure to deliver, incorrect address, or refusal by the recipient, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to re-ship the item.
